The process begins by evaluating and refining the client’s requirements, often requiring an analysis of a company’s entire portfolio. Recommendations may include consolidation, expansion, relocation or renewing an existing lease. After first identifying and physically inspecting all spaces that appear to be suitable for the client’s needs, market conditions are determined. Throughout the negotiating process, we present analyses of competing proposals, so that deals are fairly compared, on an aggregate as well as a present value basis.
